The hotel is conveniently located near the Kirkcaldy Railway Station and a supermarket, which was a bonus for our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered good storage, but some were too warm even with the heating off. The service was helpful, although we were informed the owner was unavailable for a week. The dining options were limited but satisfying, and the location was ideal for catching a train to Edinburgh. The hotel facilities were decent but could benefit from improved lighting and extended bar hours.
